Running a dedicated server, not sure if this is an issue with the provider's service or with the game/install itself. Server started ~6/30, only 1 crash after being on more than 40 hours so I assume that was normal and because it needed a reboot. Since then have scheduled daily reboots/backups.
As of about 7/3 ~900PM PST - server crashed with players/entities/blocks falling through the world. Since then, this same kind of crash has happened about 6 other times, frequently after only ~30-60 minutes of play. Unfortunately I have not been on personally during any of these to notice any in-game-related details for what may have caused the crash.
Providing the log in full in a pastebin below - noticed one single line that is not repeated anywhere else in the log, and was found just before the first bit of weirdness:
"WRN MG build tris 693 != 694"

Provider: pingperfect.com
EAC: Disabled currently (was previously Enabled, issue persisted after Disabling)
Troubleshooting:
**Restart Server
**STOP Server service, wait 1 hour, START Server service
**Install latest update from Steam
*How many users affected?: ALL Users are force-kicked from the Server, and no one may rejoin.
