[A20] Resolution not saving between game sessions

This is something I've observed since A19 (may have been on-going before it) but when I start up the game it will reset my resolution back to 4K (I'm playing on a 4K monitor) when I previously had it set to 1080.

I couldn't find anything on this specific issue via search, so I thought I'd report it in case anyone else has any ideas on how to force it to always launch in
