PC A20 problems to be fixed

I'm in need to fix a problem ergently please.

i cant even start a map it just always goes to console with some @%$#ing error everytime i try to do anything. This is what is happening. Copy and paste sorry for foul language.

Not a lot of information to go by to help.  You are getting an error but don't report the error.
