So I am baffled. Everything broken with a20.4 is fixed with a20.5b2 EXP however a new and bizzare issue has started occurring the logging system is claiming missing chunk but when I teleport to chunk that could not be further from the truth. Let me just say - this is modded. It also a dedicated server. At any rate just incase anyone else ends up having this phenomena I wanted to share.
