[A20.1, PC] BUG: Exiting game during active clear quest, restarts quest

Issue happening in a tier 5 "clear skyscraper", where up already having activated the quest marker then exiting the game, the quest will no longer be active and requires you to reactivate the quest marker and start all over. 

Abusable as an infinite loop of POI reset for loot hoards. Also terribly annoying for long quests.

This is known behaviour that will likely not be changed or fixed.

There are so many POIs available, finding unlooted ones is usually no problem, so you hardly get loot that you couldn't get next door as well.

It's often quite difficult to complete longer quests like this in one sitting as I havent the time. Easily fixed by doing lower tier quests, but then I'd be missing out on the better rewards.

Also found to occur when exiting to Main menu as well, so it seems to occur during loading the save.

If you skip looting while doing a quest, you can get through it much faster. Then, when you've completed the quest, you can go back and loot everything on your own timetable.
