But the police can't put a decent photo of the culprit on the wanted-poster. All known photos stop at waist-height.

Yeah, but mostly cosmetic content. Meaning that in a good way. I hope for a20 to not be the end of those technical improvements. At the end of the day, we might want bandits, but their impact will be bigger if some of those crazy art guys have a little more time to go nuts. And don't get me started on the "little" things like the Zd stumbling. As Bioshock has taught us, one single well designed enemy can make all the difference.
