A19 B8- Torches disappear after crafting

Hi,

I have an issue with torches disappearing when they finish crafting: When crafting torches they do craft, you get the sound the crafting completed but they don't appear in the backpack. I tried logging in and out, restarting my computer. Doesn't help. 

Did anyone else have this issue? Any chance anyone resolved it? 

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

4. if mp was server modded
5. how many on at time if mp

6. did you have any perks / mods like glasses etc...
