Hi,

I have a random gen save on my pc and I was wondering is there any way to reset the cities and or cars, ect? I am on Voluya Territory if that helps. I was combing through the region files but I have no idea what opens them as notepad++ does not lol. Very new to this. Any help would be amazing! Thanks.
