A17 POI's for A16?

So, I really dislike the new gameplay direction of A17. I highly prefer A16's organic leveling, building weapons, and searching for recipes. But I really love all the wonderful new POI's in A17.

Is it possible to make a mod for A16 that takes the A17 POI's and puts them in it? That would be the best of both worlds, in my opinion.

 
Or use mods to change your A17 gaming experience! There are a lot of modlets which allows you to change the new leveling system, deleting all schematics and building recipes ;)
