A16 - Starvation mod - Account login bug

Hey.

I've just now started A16 with mods. I was always a purist before, but as 7d2d probably will never get an update that I will like, I wanted to start today.

Downloaded the launcher.

Downloaded starvation.

Steam account information:

The steam client is not running or no connection possible!

Disabled every possible EAC, updated, tried nearly every setting.

Did I miss something? Like do I have to edit options or something?

Because I can doubleclick via 7d2d.exe and play. And it will even show starvation on the top right. But none of the recipies will be visible and none of the trees and so on.

But every time I press "play mod" I get that powerup.

Okay I definatly did... but restarting steam and the launcher actually fixed it... well not really

I can now click "play mod", but I do not actually play starvation.

It is just the normal game again with the text "starvation version" in the top right and some minor changes (spawns increased)

Also a small error message that reads something about "sanity buff not found"

So something is wrong...

 
Make sure you are launching Starvation with the 7 days to die launcher, not the old starvation launcher. You may need to click sync mods first as well .

Run the launcher as Administrator.

I hit this error just the other day. (no steam connection/account auth)
