A visual indication for rad zones would be great;thank you

Its not particularly pleasant to run a few meters into a rad zone before taking damage, when you have no indicator of it being a rad zone,

Nothing on map.

No rad click sound.

No environmental representation of rads being present.

This makes me feel like a rat in a cage aimlessly wandering around, not to explore, but to figure out where the hell I can actually go.

 
I would be fine with something that's even subtle, just give me something, to make it completely invisible or undetectable to the player till we are in it is extremely unfair to the player.
