7dtd server fails to show up on list (even in the LAN tab)

All I really want is for it to show up in the LAN tab so I can play on it, however it doesn't even do this. SteamNetworking is disabled, it is modded (I've tried uninstalling all of the mods)

just some background, this worked previously with the same modlist but it just... isn't now

 
More details on your setup would be useful.

Based on the log, everything is starting up fine, and your server should be using the following ports. TCP 26900 and UDP 26900-26903. Since you have SteamNetworking disabled, you will have to have the ports forwarded appropriately.

also it fails to work with SteamNetworking enabled

tried changing the world file to Navezgane and it still doesn't show, so it's not the world file

one more note, it's a Steam dedicated server, installed and launched through my library tab on Steam

hmm. The only other reason I can think of for it not showing in LAN would be NAT loopback not being supported on your device. Are you able to direct connect using IP:Port?

 
nope, nor is it even showing up in the LAN tab. which is weird, because this worked 100% fine before.

I just reinstalled the dedicated server and it's still not working

ok... I started up Hamachi and now it's showing. this is really bizarre
