7d2d only works on 1 user

So I have 7d2d installed on my pc and I sign into my steam account on 1 windows user and it works then I close the game and sign into another windows user and sign into the SAME steam account but it does not work. Whenever I try it, it just opens and stops responding when it says "The Fun Pimps". Again works perfectly fine on anthoer user on that same pc.

Anyone know have I can fix this?

Log on as the broken user, then verify integrity of game files. This option is in your steam library, right click the game, select properties, select Local Files, select verify integrity of game files.
