PC 7 Days to die on 2 PC´s in LAN Network

Hello everybody my name is Florian and iam from Germany.

My friend and i played 7 days to die on PS4 till last week.

Every houre the Game crashed but after a restart we could play again.

Now on Day 260 the Game still crashed every minute so we cant play anymore.

Now we want buy 2 PC´s and play again still offline.

Can we do this? Or can we only play on a Online Server ?

But my important Quest ist about the PC, can anyone show me a not highend PC to play 7 Days to DIe ?

And the second Quest is, can we play on PC with a Gamepad ?

If by "offline" you mean in a local game hosted from your PC (or your own rented server), yes. If you mean fully offline (as in no internet connection): No multiplayer then. You need to have Steam running to play MP.

Gamepad: Supported as far as it is on consoles, yes.

Look at the Recommended specs on that page.

I have 4-core @ 3GHz processor

8 GB DDR3 RAM

1 GB dedicated graphics card

I get smooth performance away from cities or lakes, and need to exit the game on occasion as it gets choppy. I have never had the game delete a base on PC, but I did have some crashes when my graphics card overheated due to poor air flow.

Additional Notes: Running the Dedicated Server and Client on the same computer will double ram requirements. Also future releases may require more hard drive space.

Have you looked for solutions in the console section?

Technically with 7 Days to Die you need to login to your steam accounts, then you can play; so 'not really off-line.'

Yes!

Please note that currently 7D2D is a memory intensive game on the PC, so an 'add on' graphics card isn't 'required' but probably would be good for other things. Since it is memory intensive - this one has 16GB RAM. Please also note that this was mostly a 'grab a decent pc' from newegg 'in germany' for an example and is in no way guaranteed to work for anything :) OH! But now you've started looking at a PC for gaming, you may want to grab a video card too!

You can use the game pad on a PC (proper equipment required) but it does have some issues... Not sure what they are. So - possible, but may cause issues.
