7 Days to die.exe spinning up my HDD's

HI!. I have a strange question why the heck only this game is scanning every games manifest on each drive, 7DTD is installed on SSD there's no need to spin up those HDD's I have been fighting with random HDD spin up from years, I finally got rid of it every windows app/driver/steam to stop using HDD while there is plenty of empty space on SSD's. Here is a screenshot from a ResourceMonitor.

That doesn't sound like a normal function. Unable to make out your image due to the forums habit of scaling. Try hosting it externally.

 
Yes it's not normal but it happens, right after loading the map. I have tried already to exclude the hard drives but it's pointless to do, I'm tired of turning the HDD's off whenever I want to play 7DaysToDie https://imgur.com/zPuZfMi

It must be some built-in function because it's the only one game that does that :(
