From other posts, Microsoft hasn't made the update available for anyone yet (this might only affect certain regions).  Microsoft has been slow in the past with making updates available as well.  Unfortunately, the only option is to wait until they make it available.  Maybe TFP can poke them.  :)

 
Anyone hear any news as to when the update for the XBL update from 1.3 to 1.4 for the pc is gonna be patched?  I cannot play with my party since the update and they were all force updated to 1.4 not allowing me to join in to the game... :-(

 
Nope. Just like 1.3 was delayed, so is 1.4. And the only people to blame here is the Microshaft devs for the MS Store.

I would guess that TFP has been trying to get them to release it, but you could probably contact them through the MS Store page to ask if they can give a timeframe if you want.  Knowing Microsoft, I wouldn't expect much of a response, though.

Hello, I bought the game from the Microsoft Store, I want to play with my friends on their server, but I can't play, it says the server has version 1.4 and I have version 1.3. I check the store and there is no update, I am up to date.

 
For whatever reason, Microsoft is taking a long time to release the update.  They were given the update the same time Steam and Sony had it.
