My wife got 6x the exact same quest reward from completing a tier 4 quest (we did about 8 tier 4 quests for trader Joel on an RWG map):
Pumpgun tier 6
Military boots tier 5
How can this be fixed?!
At first it was funny, now it's just frustrating...
