2 zombie variants doing double damage

As per this topic that was posted earlier this year

I think the QA poster missed the point. The issue isn't that the new variants (charged,infernal) are deadly, the issue is that the double damage multiplier is only applied to 2 zombie types, business and utility, starting at radiated level. Needless to say, these 2 zombies are not new, they just for whatever reason have double damage starting at radiated which gets inherited to the 2 new variants.

Just double checking, is this truly intended behaviour? Seems totally random that these 2 zombies out of all of them would have this modifier when no other zombie does, except radiated vulture that gets a 40% buff. Why is the business man more deadly than a lumberjack or a demo? I shall stress again, the damage multiplier gets inherited from the radiated variant into the 2 new ones, leading these 2 zombies becoming the deadliest mofos in the game, rest your bones if you get slapped by a charged variant of either of these.

This issue is being addressed in a future version, utility worker and businessman won't deal double damage anymore.
