2 PC same server

Hello, I have a question about my saves. If i create a world and a character on first computer and i will play for some time, can i somehow link data or transfer data to the second computer which is Logged into the same steam account? Thank you

Yes, but you have to do it manually.

You need to move the world data and the save game. They can be found by starting the launcher and using the second option in the tools tab.
