The stun baton, specifically Nerd Tats, seems to have received a nerf/buff? in 2.5 Exp.
While using it normally it shocks enemies and lets you bap away at their heads, however once you add nerd tats to the mix it gains an unstated knockback effect as well as the stated aoe. While this makes it easier to keep them away from you, and much easier to deal the charged zombies, it actually makes it harder to kill them.
While using nerd tats you were able to shock groups and use the left click primary attack to hit multiple enemies at the same time, potentially triggering the 10% insta-kill on multiple targets at the same time. Now however, they are annoyingly flung about forcing you to chase them across the floor.
I hope TFP revert this change, and leave the knockback to the repulsor mod. Preferably making the repulsor mod only activate on charged power attacks so we can better choose when to kill and when to yeet.
