XBOX 2.3 Stable - Items in Drones Disappear at Random Times

Coop multiplayer games on XBOX X/S: Fairly often at random times, like when logging into game and then checking drone, most/all items are gone. Loot or salvage a POI and the stuff is there, then you look a few minutes later and it's gone. This has happened since at least 2.0 Any ideas?
 
Not sure if it's been fixed or not, but I think the Healing/Med mod was causing issues with missing items. Do you have it installed on your drone?
 
Yes, it;s installed. I am the "host" of the game and i never have items disappear. But my friends are the ones who lose the items. We all have the med mod though.

I'll have them remove it and we'll see how it goes. Thanks for the info and reply!
