{2.0 stream} Initial Tutorial "buried supplies" quest can spawn in a biome other than the forest.

In this case it spawned in the wasteland, Streamer had to cancel the quest and restart for it to appear again. The restart thing might be another issue. Would be better if He just gave you another one.

Might be a bug, but you can’t tell if the streamer has a mod that causes the changes also.

The streamer needs to be the one reporting issues, providing the needed information, in the correct location. They actually have a channel specifically for this in the Official Streamers Weekend Discord.
You can't report a bug for something based on what you saw in a stream.
