StarWars Speeder Bike 2025-12-15

This mod adds a 74-Z Speeder Bike vehicle from Star Wars movies to the game.

This mod is compatible with both V1 and V2 of the game

A very fast and with high maneuverability vehicle that can easily hover over obstacles and even safely cross over rivers, lakes and canyons.

Press your <Jump> key (<spacebar> for me) to temporary increase your elevation. Emergency brakes included too! Press your <Crouch> key (<C> for me) to completely shut down the ion turbines, stopping the vehicle.



2 versions of the vehicle included, both craftable, one paintable and one with a pre-painted texture inspired by "Return of the Jedi".

6 Mod slots, high storage capacity, big fuel tank.

It includes custom sounds imported and edited right from the movies, custom visuals for all the vehicle mods, and new ingredients that are required to craft the Speeder Bike, such as Durasteel or Coruscant Fiberweave.



UPDATE 2.0.0

- Updates to work with version V2 of the game. Compatibility with v 1.0 to 1.4 is maintained, so you can keep using the mod in both V1 and V2.


UPDATE 2.1.0

- Updated for version 2.5 of the game. Backwards compatibility with older game versions is preserved.


Future plans:
- Weaponize the bike. I plan on making the Ax-20 Blaster cannon mounted underneath the chassis into a functional weapon.
- Make some more "Star Wars inspired" stuff .

Frequently asked questions:

1- Is your mod compatible with X, Y or Z mod? : Yes, this mod should be compatible with the vast majority of other mods. Mods that indiscriminately delete big parts of vanilla game xml, specially in items.xml, recipes.xml or vehicles.xml might cause problems. In that case rename my mod folder to make it load after those other mods, so the edits made by the mod remain unchanged. That should solve most incompatibility problems.

2- Can the mod be used server side only?: No. Since it includes custom assets, the mod needs to be installed in both the server and players computer for multiplayer game. if you play solo instead of multiplayer then you install the mod as usual.

3- Does the mod require EAC to be turned OFF? No, this mod can be use with both EAC ON and OFF, it does not matter.

4- Will you add X, Y or Z to the mod?: I am always open to suggestions or requests .
