TERMS OF SERVICE:
The Compopack NPC Mod is designed to be used alongside overhaul.
The Compopack NPC Mod can be combined in modlet form with overhaul mods, provided the original naming conventions are preserved to credit the original creators and to acknowledge that the POIs are part of the Compopack mod.
The Compopack NPC Mod should not be added to other prefab packs with similar functionality or uploaded to Vortex.

CP_NPC_All_In_One_V2_CP: [CP Modded REQUIRED]
If you have the CP Modded Version as well this you can have so the CP NPC pois will spawn in the Settlements as well.
CP_NPC_V2_Teragon_Lists_Map_Creator: Contains the Teragon list needed for the CP NPC POIs.
Your client side and Server side should contain the same mods.

[DO NOT EVER DELETE THE 0_TFP_HARMONY MOD]
Step 1: Download
CP NPC Core V2 and CP_NPC_AIO_Vanilla
Step 2: Open Zip
Step 3: Drag into your users/username/appdata/roaming/7daystodie/Mods
Step 4: Start game and create a RWG map

SERVER INSTALLATION:
Most good server providers have already done this but you should have a UserDataFileFolder in your server where there should be a GeneratedWorlds folder.Here you create a Mods folder and simply drag all Mods into this directory via FTP and create a map on your client side and ftp the map to the GeneratedWorlds folder in your UserDataFileFolder.
