Changes how the Tier 0 gear works in the world
- Cannot repair T0 gear
- Cannot attach mods to T0 gear
- Tier 0 weapon damage changed (increased) to compensate for not being able to repair or mod
- Pipe pistol now uses 44 cal ammo
- Pipe machine gun now uses 9 mm ammo
- 44 cal ammo is able to be purchased and found in loot at the beginning
- T0 weapons only use basic ammo (ball / stone)
