This tool lets you calculate your perks outside of the game. You can level up and select perks to decide how you want to spend your perks for a given level. There is a chart summary that lets you see how many points were spent in each attribute.
All languages from the game are available, though certain things are not currently translated because they aren't in the localization file. The important things are translated, however.
All perks show a lock if they can't be purchased yet, a shopping cart if you can purchase them, and a checkmark if you already purchased them, just like in the game.
You can see the unlock requirements by hovering over the level column for the individual perk level (bottom right list). This is not currently translated, but the numbers in the tooltip are all you need to know as the requirements are the attribute you are currently in.
I plan to update this to improve it and add some more features as time permits. If you have any suggestions or find any bugs, please let me know.
NOTE: Because this is an EXE, your antivirus may flag it. I can't afford to sign this app, so many antivirus apps will flag it for that reason. It is not a virus or in any way harmful and only reads the localization.txt file that is included and does not write anything to disk. In a future update, I plan to make it save and load the language so non-English users don't have to select the language every time, and I plan to add a way to export and import whatever set of perks you've purchased so you can keep setups that you like. But for now, nothing is written and only the localization.txt file is read. No internet access is used. It will be up to you whether or not to trust the app. I can't do anything to avoid that situation without paying for a certificate to sign the app with, which isn't an option for me. If you want to help make that possible, you can donate using the donate button at the right, but the cost is high, so I doubt even if a few donate that it will ever become enough.

- Install / Usage Instructions
- Extract the EXE and Localization.txt files into the same folder somewhere and run the EXE. The Localizations.txt file is required and the app will not run without it in the same location as the EXE.
