Hey there! So i encountered this poi the other day, which gave me some ideas for a new base. Its actually a type of construction site, there is only the metalwork all around, and at the ground level there is what supposedly is going to be used as a cellar (i think cellar floor/walls are all cement). Also theres a 5x5 pressure plate left at the first floor and some debris along with simple metal fence arounfe the poi. Unfortunately I had some issues with that map and decided to start a new one but i cant find info (prefab name etc) regarding this poi anywhere, so i can learn where to look around for it. i think it usually spawns at industrial area of towns. i dont think its vanilla poi, so any help here? thanks!

The shotgun has no Vertigo effect in non server state

I really like this mod. Having trouble launching it as the F1 dialog pops up and then get massive amounts of red errors. I am presuming it has to do with experimental. Do you know when this will go stable so I can play this mod (prefer this mod over the vanilla by far)
