I have a Tier 6 Infestation at the Nazarene Hospital that won’t let me trigger it (at the flag) with triangle. I’ve spent days away at my base and it hasn’t changed. I’ve also reloaded the game multiple times and checked with multiple traders for different quests. The game also isn’t giving me an ‘abandon quest’ option when I select the quest in the menu. Any help/reset would be greatly appreciated!

I'm not on console, but do you not have the remove quest option?

They are on PS5, so no log possible, at least beyond just using the submit bug option in the game, which doesn't post anything here.
