There seem to be at least 2 stability problems with Grover High on the roof. The first image shows a collapse that I didn't see happen. Because zombies spawn on top of there, I assume one stepped on it and it collapsed, but I can't be sure. The second one I saw collapse. I killed a zombie next to that ledge and knocked it onto the ledge. As soon as it landed on the ledge, the ledge collapsed. These are both on the same part of the roof, at the front.

Reproduction Steps
Go to Grover High and try standing on these two ledges. I didn't test that, but I assume it will collapse. If not, try getting zombies onto those two ledges.

Surprise surprise, Grover High causing yet MORE issues lol. That POI always seems to have something wrong with it.

I did run into a similar issue with an outside ledge of the tower on the Wright Residence. Just collapsed right under my feet.

Hello Riamus,

did this happen the first time the POI was visited or was there a chunk reset from a quest or passed time?
I'm unable to reproduce this visiting the POI normally or checking it in the prefab editor.

I visited it once without doing a quest there but didn't go onto the roof. I then had a quest there and it reset and everything was fine until I was fighting on the roof. Only melee weapons were being used by myself and the person with me until after those collapsed, so it didn't happen from damage to the roof due to shotguns or anything like that. I can try it again later and see if it happens again but trying to knock a zombie backwards onto the ledge won't be easy to replicate. But I'll try.

As far as amount of time, we started the quest, looted the 2 vehicles right next to the starting point, then went to the roof. We killed the enemies that are straight out from the ladder and then went to the side where those ledges collapsed and killed the zombies there. It was at that time that the first ledge collapsed (the one on the front side of the building). I did not see the other ledge collapse so it happened after I wasn't over in that area and had started fighting back towards the center of the roof. Altogether, under 5 minutes for the first collapse and somewhere under 10 minutes for the second as an estimate.

There is currently a known issue that causes issues in POI's when they get reset while living or defeated entities are still present in them.
It's likely that this issues causes the stability issue you've experienced.

I'll move your thread to Work in progress to check it again once the reset issue has been resolved.

Ah, okay. That could definitely be the issue. I had killed everything in the loot area previously and nothing was active when I left, but there were possibly enemies still spawned but in the sleeping state when I left.

Edit: So I started a new game and teleported there to run through the roof area and test it quickly, but couldn't get those ledges to collapse. So it probably is related to what you said.
