Windows Strange Disconnection Issue Since Newest Live 3.0

I'm not sure what's changed in 3.0, but I've been experiencing random disconnects since the newest experimental and now with live. At random I will be disconnected from the mutliplayer server I'm on. It's happened when I do anything in game, even just standing still. It gives different reasons each time. Attached below are seven different excuses it's given me. We do have mods on the server, but our admin makes sure that all mods are in working order. If any info on how to fix this can be given, I appreciate it.​

Hey there @Paiper Zombee - thanks for reporting this!

Is it only you having this issue on the multiplayer server or is multiple people? Also, have you tried connecting to a vanilla server and seeing if it happens still?
I'll move this over to Needs More Info and wait for your reply.

Thanks very much for your response Phunkyninja. It's only me having the issue on the multiplayer server. Everyone else is able to play just fine. Our server had to go back to vanilla with the 3.0 experimental since it upset most of the mods, and I was getting the same issues then with no mods at all. As an update, this is the latest error I've been getting quite a bit.

Yo @Paiper Zombee ! Do you happen to use voice chat in game? I'm seeing some errors in your log regarding in game voice and not connecting properly. Could you try play without VC in game (if you even do) and see how you go?

That's the odd thing, I don't use the in game voice chat. I have that and its connection to discord turned off and am still getting the issue.
