Can not eat or drink

In my game, every time I try to eat, drink, or read a book or schematic, I get a message that I am not injured, as if I tried to use a bandage. Also, can't take meds. Also, I am playing 3.0 experimental

Hey I am sorry this is actually a known issue we are working on this resolving asap! In the meantime have you tried leaving the save and coming back? I know this resolved my issue so hopefully it will help you. Let me know if it works.

Do you have some more reproduction steps you can think of incase there is a new trigger?

Yes, actually, I have several times, even uninstalled and reinstalled a few times to no avail.

It doesn't seem like there is or was a trigger i just came on to play one day, and i had a couple of books i didn't read the day before, and when I tried to read them, I got the message I wasn't hurt. Same for when I try to eat or drink or read any schematics, take pills, etc. I started a new game hopefully it won't happen on that one.
