Confusing tool tip on celebrate kills

This implies headshot only setting will enable confetti. WTF?!
I just want to do headshot only without confetti. That is SILLY

Is this an error in the tool tip? If not, WHY would you do this? Most headshot only players DO NOT WANT confetti

If this isn't headshot only always confetti. WHY would you even put this there? The way I am reading it is, the Headshot only setting will enable confetti and you can't turn it off.

Saying headshot only triggers confetti on headshot kills. That is redundant. You can't kill them without a headshot, so if celebrate kills is enabled, then it would do confetti on ANY kills. That implies it is different for headshots only, when it would behave in exactly the same way on any other kill. It's needlessly confusing.

edit: just tested it, no confetti on headshot only kills. The tooltip doesn't need to say that. It's just confusing. It's implying a separate setting when headshots are enabled

Confetti ON
Headshots only ON
Headshot kill = no confetti?

The tooltip would make sense in the case where normally, any kill does confetti. With Headshots only there are some other ways for zeds to die still (fire, explosives, timeout, eaten by a bear ..? ), so those other deaths are specifically excluded.

I hadn't considered kills other than headshots, because that is how I always play. Ya seeing confetti from a bear eating a zombie or a group burning up in molotovs would be pretty over the top lol.

Is that how it is normally if confetti is enabled, and the headshot setting = off?

The test was
Headshot = On
Confetti = off
Result = No confetti on headshot kill

If you look, there is a headshot mode under entities, which sounds like what you are looking for. You are looking in the Misc silly section, where the Celebrate Kills has a headshot option to allow players to harvest meat from animals, should they decide to use the Celebrate Kills setting.
