Bug issue with 3.0 Experimental with Item stats and description toggle.

There's an issue currently on dedicated servers or at least mine, where the items when you select the description button as shown it does not load the description. This can be worked around by pressing shift causing it to populate the discription. The same thing happens with item stats if you are on description.1781560389716.png
 
Reproduction Steps
Selecting an item and looking at stats then trying to look at description and clicking on it will not do anything unless pressing shift or going to another item in inventory.
