3.0 Sandbox option to reduce crafting materials anyhting under 100 can make crafting free

When you lower the crafting materials needed to craft. Anything that is one gets lowered to 0 in game so you can make infinite items. there should be a stop gap to make ti that you need at least 1 of the required material?
