Windows Base game issues?

When trying to load my own game the words that run a crossed the top showing what is loading are red saying, Exc Null Reference Exception: object reference not set to an instance of an object. It list out the whole environment, buildings places etc. Then in yellow, Failed Twitch entitlements HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found. i have deleted game file and uninstalled and reinstalled the game all mods removed and still doesn't work. When i try to join a server it tells me unable to connect to server due to mods not matching and or versions of the game don't match. Not sure what else I cant do. It seems like it happens almost every time the game updates.
