The European (and others) server sections have been invaded by Chinese servers, and it seems quite suspicious.
The server admin where I play has taken the server offline as a precaution until the situation is resolved.
Are TFP aware of this and are they doing anything to resolve the attack?
 
The server section is just a list of servers who self-declared themselves as being european, asian, ... . So getting a server on any of those lists should be trivial

Someone claimed that some server operator found a way to get themselves on top of those lists, maybe through noticing the sort algorithm on the server pages and using that to get to the top. Or I would guess they simply flooded those lists which would garner the same result if there was no sort algorithm.

Someone else said (in similar thread here) that you can simply filter them out by selecting the language you want.

Anyway, nothing in this suggests that the server operators are hacking any servers.

If your team has reviewers, you can block the IP addresses of duplicate servers, that is, all servers with the same server name and IP that exceed one will be blocked. These servers are caused by sending packets to the list, but currently some servers are able to send such packets out of thin air. My personal suggestion is to ban these sending IPs, not the incoming IPs but the sending IPs, because incoming IPs can be forged. Of course, it would be even better if we cooperate with the legal prosecution
