i think this would be a fun thing for pimps to add cos i love 7 days

so i watched a titan fall 2 video recently and it got me thinking the devs should add mech like titan fall 2 to to the game but a bit smaller the way i think is that they add mechs so add maybe some military bunkers or something scattered around the map and have mechs patrolling it but we can build are own mechs to so we can have are own driveable one but we can build ones that patrol are own base and it kills any zombies it sees and we can swap weapons so like we can attach flamethrower or machine gun to it i think that would be a really cool peace of content

Ehhh...no. Just thinking of how much more materials it would take to build a mech, compaired to a gyrocopter, is inconceivable. Not to mention, you'd need a workstation/machine equipped with specific tools to get the job done. Plus, if mechs were a thing to begin with, the military wouldn't have a problem against zombies.

actually they could make it to where it doesn't take that much to build and even if they had mechs they would still have problem cos they could still get over run

I'd have to disagree. Completely different kind of game.

i sed like titan fall mechs not the same i know there different games
Yes, I know. And I said it was a completely different kind of game. It's a zombie apocalypse, not mech warrior. I don't think mechs would fit either the genre or aesthetic. It has a drone, but no other robots, I suspect, for a reason. Probably best to keep it that way, imo.

I have to respectfully disagree. This game should aim for realism/immersion and down-to-earth mechanics. Mechs are a little out there for this kind of game. I didn't even like it when they added zombies with special powers recently.

Judging by the size of the mechs on Titan Fall 2, you're looking at several 100K+ of steel bars (if not 1 million+) needed, x amount of mechanical parts, x amount of electrical parts, x amount of duct tape.. And that's only for 1 body part, you got the arms, legs and head to do too. It would be too inconceivable to build!
Edit: Not to mention the time it would take to build each body part and put it all together. It takes 2 to 3 years to build and assemble 1 F-16 fighter jet with 100s of engineers, assemblers and technicians, so just imagine how long it would take to build a 2 story tall mech with 1 person..
