Only quest are burried supplies

Friend and I started two random generator worlds over the last two days and have no mods. We keep only getting quest for burried supplies. Leveled up to tier 2 and Jen also only gives burried supplies. Used admin code to reset trader still only get burried supplies. First world was just started at 2k and 20% biome many towns and no wilderness poi.
 
Reproduction Steps
RGW with values same as in screenshot. Follow quest and then following quest were the same.

Hello, thank you for reporting this. Do you have enemies turned off? That can affect the jobs that the trader gives you but I believe you should still see fetch quests if that's the case. Unfortunately without log files we won't be able to see what the issue might be. Log files can be found at User > AppData > Roaming >7DaysToDie. You'll like have to turn on hidden folders as well. You can also try validating your game files through Steam to see if that fixes the issue. If you are still having these issues feel free to reach out again.
