Windows Game drops FPS drastically when moving the camera

The game runs fine until I move the camera faster than a snails pace, where then the game freezes, I've messed with every setting, restarted the game, updated drivers, & restarted my computer but the problem doesn't go away, I attached a video to demonstrate the issue. My computer specs are not the issue as I have had no problems in previous versions of the game with the same computer.

@Hellfire702 Thankyou for your submission! Can you please change your hair color and save and see if you still lag like you do in your video above?

Also can you try turning off motion blur, and if you're running any mods, remove them first and then try playing again. Also try switching to DLSS as opposed to FSR, since you're running an RTX 50 series card.
