Stamina system rework

Suggest to divide current stamina in to 2 different stamina bars where 1) would effect only swings/attacks and 2) would effect running
(basicly 1 for upper body and 2 for lower body)
Also can suggest to bring back A16 stamina system/stats/parameters

I don't disagree, with your I deal of the stamina, but I do have a different approach
so I see it differently. My world is not condensed, so I have to cover Kilometers
regularly, and am constantly transgressing all of the biomes to accomplish my tasks.
The way the stamina depletes and is built up, feels a bit more right to me this time.

Until my water and food drops below a certain point, The bar fills at a fast enough pace,
to reflect my activities and let me either fight dig or deforest the area. For a long time it
felt like a static equation.
 
I think you should be able to fight still with no stamina but if you keep it up not only it gets slower and weaker but you can Tire or even become fatigue
If anything, it should start to sap your water after a while, if you keep swinging away at a zombie with the melee weapon at 0 stamina. Just like real life, when you do manual labor for a long while, like chopping wood, your mouth starts getting dry, you sweat a lot and feel/get thirsty.
