Can't get on my husband's game he created for 7 days to die

My husband and I are playing 7 days to die. We just started a new game. We shut it down and now I cant get on to continue.
He can play but I cant. Can I have some help please

Without logs, it's hard to say for sure what the problem is. But it may be a profile problem if it was working before. He could delete your profile information and then you might be able to join again.
