Anyone know if a cover system to shoot behind is already planned when bandits are released?

For bandits, yes. I don't think they plan it for players, though I may be wrong. We do have basic cover, though... you can move behind something and you're protected. You can also duck. The aiming for bandits is supposedly based on line of sight to your head, so if you can't see them, they can't shoot you. That's not the normal cover mechanic that many games, especially FPS, have, but there is still at least some basic cover available.
 
Appreciate it. Was wondering about more of a "stick to" type cover system you can peak out of and shoot out of without exposing your whole body, similar to Gears of War or Ghost Recon.

Like on GTA5 and RDR2? I would hope so. If not, then they need to take notice, cause it'll be a must have, especially for PvP! A prone position would be great too. Like hold down the crouch button to lay on the ground to snipe with your rifle, so players, bandits and zombies alike have a hard time seeing you at like 50-80 meters away, would be ideal for hunting animals too.
