Please for the love of all that is holy, change the audio for the jeep so is doesnt sou d like a honda with a leaky exhaust driving into the distance, and change the lever action to use 44 magnum like it does in real life. I love this game. Ive put in a little over 800 hours and this game has just gotten better over time. But, I have 2 major issues. These are absolutely quality of life things that break the vibe of the game so im forced to change my play style just so I dont have to put up with them. There used to be mods to fix this issue but they dont work with the new version. Is there something I can do? Or do I have to wait for the devs to make the change for me??

The 4x4 does definitely sound bad these days. It used to be better. If you want to take a try at modding, you can try to adjust the sounds in the vehicles.xml file. I'm not sure how much it affects things if you don't use a different sound file for it, though.
