I can't for the life of me see anything in the game that identifies Navezgane being in Arizona. Texas plates everywhere, Texas on diplomas, etc. Why not just put Navezgane in Texas?

Yes, I get that the Pimps are based in Texas. But this is like if the game North and South had China signs everywhere.

I use custom POI, so maybe this is just from those, but I think at least a few vanilla POI say Arizona on signs. And unless it's a custom POI that I have, there is an ADOT (Arizona Department of Transportation) POI as well. So there are indications of it being in Arizona. But either way, TFP said it was Arizona, so that's where it is. The Texas plates are just something they did because they are in Texas and wanted an Easter Egg (though a very heavy handed one) related to where they are located.
 
Well, while Texans believe Valhalla is in Texas, all I see on I10, heading east....to the Prime Real Estate of Fla......is effing Texas plates clogging up the highway /sigh.

Maybe California sunk and Arizona is beach real estate? You just cant see the beach from Navezgane.

Ive been thinking that too i think Texas would be better but I also like arizona cuz alot of games aren't set their

There are signs that say Las Vegas, Phoenix, Yuma, etc. with miles listed. If you were to take a map of the United States (or the southwest US for that matter) and draw a miles-radius circle around each of the cities mentioned, it shows that Navezgane is in central Arizona. The name Navezgane is Apache for "Killer of Monsters," and the Apache are native to Arizona. My friends and I get amused when we see the Highway 260 sign because we frequent that road often as real-life/real-world citizens of central/northern Arizona.

And too think im that far from Vegas, i could be gambling with the party girls
