Tree stumps after tree cuts + new stump feature

Suggest to make tree stumps (without hole on top "stumpPOI") appear after chopping down trees!
+ more stump sizes and scales for each type of trees and tree species!
In addition suggest to make tree stumps as a primitive workbenches (mostly with T0 recipes)

What you put your hand in the stump and pull out a gun you just made lol ..

The tree cutting down to a stump is a good idea but you can mod it yourself quite easily.
