Windows Game launch stuck

Greetings. I've tried to launch the game several times, and get stuck at this screen:

I've rebooted, as well as uninstalled and reinstalled the game. I played yesterday successfully, but today not so much. Please advise.

I have exactly the same issue, I have also updated my graphics driver and still stuck!

We need log files please. If you're confused how to get log files, I did a video that'll hopefully help out.
