PC 7 days to die alpha 9.3

I own 7 Days to Die on Steam (you can verify my account if needed).
I would like to get access to the old Alpha 9.3 build for nostalgia/testing purposes.
Could you please help me get a download link or access to that version?

You can easily change your version on Steam. Just right click on the game and choose Properties. Click on Betas and then use the drop down menu to pick the version (None = current stable version). It will then download whichever version you chose, including that one.

I did this but it doesn't work, I get a message about the missing exe file

Hi. The versions that existed before the current launcher window must be started by going into the files and clicking on the exe file. It isn't missing but the launcher window doesn't recognize it's location.

Go to properties --> Installed Files --> browse... and then click on the 7daystodie.exe file and it should start no problem

it WAS an odd-numbered alpha after all...lol

j/k...I had to skip most of Alpha 9 largely due to it not working well on my computer at the time. But I was back for Alpha 10 which is one of my favorite nostalgic versions. Hope you have fun!

I started in Alpha 10.2 I remember I used to fear trees the most as they could easly 1 shot you if they landed on you, or was that a later alpha? I don't remember been a long time, I just know at one point trees literally scared me when they fell as they could insta gib you. Those were kinda fun times, also yes more than 1 permadeath run was ended by a tree somehow falling on me. Funniest one had to be, and man I wish I had this on video, I harvested a 1200 hp tree, it hit the ground, then the physics glitched out, it poped back in the air did a 360 and landed right on my head killing me instantly. Normally I'd get kinda annoyed at such a death but this one just made me burst out laughing with how I died. Tree literally bounced off the ground did a 360 and then crushed me. Its by far one of my funniest deaths ever in 7dtd to this day.
