V2.3 b9 Daisy Chaining Battery Banks is Bugged

Version
V2.3 b9, V2.2
Platform
Windows
As the title says, chaining battery banks together fails to work properly and still hasn't been fixed from when I reported this bug from the last version. I have retested and verified that the bug is still present in V2.3, doesn't matter whether mods are installed or not. Once the first battery bank is drained, the power just cuts off for everything even though the remaining battery banks are all fully charged. Toggling a battery bank will "wake up" and refresh the electrical calculation to get it to power the devices again, but then the batteries can stop draining entirely, resulting in unlimited power.

Note: Video, screenshots, and logs are from my V2.2 report, but nothing has changed regarding this bug in V2.3.

Reproduction Steps
Connect a solar generator to a battery bank, then connect that battery bank to another battery bank, repeat until 3-4 battery banks are connected in series. Connect the last battery in the series to electrical devices (such as turrets) until the draw is about 150W. From a full charge on all batteries, use debug mode to pause and set the game time to night so the solar is no longer powering the battery banks. Wait until the batteries in the first bank all run out of power. Check electrical devices and they will no longer be powered. Toggle the on/off button for the second battery bank and power will be restored. Toggling the on/off button for the first bank also results in the same. This is not how it should work; the next battery bank in the series should automatically take over once the previous battery bank is out of power, just like how solar banks turn off at night and the battery banks are supposed to take over for them. To make this easier to test, you can reduce the durability of batteries using a mod (much less waiting around). Further testing ended up revealing that toggling the other battery banks in the series not only restores power but makes it so that all the electronics no longer use any battery durability, leading to infinite free electricity.

How interesting. I didn't think chaining battery banks was a feature. I thought you could only have one in terms of game circuitry.

There is some weird stuff going on with this, wasn't able to reproduce the infinite use as you stated, but got it in other ways. I'll list up issues and log an official ticket for it
