Windows Can someone point me in the right direction?

Hard drive bloat with update of window 11. so NOw thinking I need to install 7d2d on another harddrive to keep room on C: drive.
Can it work? Do I have to do anyspecial routing for saves and mods and prefabs. Been a while since I had to do any of this stuff.
 
You're likely using it through steam; you can set up a new steam drive from there, and once that's done, manually tell steam to move your games to the new section. Just moving the game might work, but telling steam where it is keeps your updating intact etc...
 
Yeah, just google how to install steam games on other drives. It's a process to migrate if you have a lot of installs, but I did that years ago when I bought an SSD for my games (now everything is SSD). The bonus is that if you ever need to do a clean install of windows, nothing will be affected in Steam.
 
If you have Steam, then in the game properties, select the "Installed files" tab, there will be a "Change installation folder" button.

After transferring, I recommend checking the integrity of the files, sometimes various troubles happen.
