Windows Cursor isn't working on main menu

Im lost on what to do here.it started yesterday but everytime I try to boot up 7dtd my cursor is forcing my to click new game and it doesn't let click anything else,not even to close out of the game. I uninstalled and reinstalled restarted the PC I thought maybe another program is doing this but issue still persists
 
It's the base game but I did download a program for dual sense 5 support (ds4 windows)
After some tweaking I did find that it does affect it but only if I boot up the game with the program running prior to booting the game but if I run it after it doesn't affect it.
